Australians at Work Video Clip DVD
2005, 97 Minutes
This DVD features more than 50 video clips from the Film Australia archive on the theme of Australians at work. Ranging from 1901 to the present and covering a range of issues, these short clips capture a broad sweep of Australian life from our fledgling airline industry to the last days of a steelworks, community market gardens to test-tube babies, artists to axemen, peacetime to war. The clips also form part of the Australians at Work website, along with study modules suitable for all secondary year levels.
