How to order

Follow these steps to place an order with Film Australia Collection Program Sales.

Australian Customers

  1. Before you place an order, you must select your pricing category. You can select the category using the link in the program pages (see image below). A screen shot of the program details page highlighting the link to set your pricing category
  2. In the Select your category page, choose your category. Contact Film Australia Collection Program Sales if you are not sure which category you fit into, or if you want the program for a purpose other than showing it to a non-paying audience (eg public screenings, duplication).
  3. Click Save Category. You will be returned to the previous page and, from now on, the correct prices (GST inclusive) for each program will be displayed and you will be able to order online. If you have selected the wrong category, you can change it by clicking on Change your pricing category, located below the price. Please note that we although we cannot process online orders from international customers and broadcasters / sub-distributors, you can make enquiries about our titles – more information below.
  4. Use the Add to Order button on the program pages to include items in your order. The number of items in your order will be displayed in the right-hand column under Current Order.
  5. When you’re ready to check out, select the View Order button to confirm details. If necessary, adjust the quantity and, when ready, click on Finalise Order.
  6. Fill in the form providing contact and payment details.

Broadcasters and International customers

License rights and prices vary from country to country, so we can’t display the correct prices or process your order online.

International customers, broadcasters and sub-distributors can use the online order facility to send us an order enquiry; we’ll then contact you with details and arrange for the processing of your order.

  1. Before you place an enquiry, you must select your category. You can select the category using the link in the program pages (see image below). A screen shot of the program details page highlighting the link to set your pricing category
  2. In the Select your category page, choose the correct category (International or Broadcasters and Sub-distributors).
  3. Click Save Category. You will be returned to the previous page.
  4. Use the Add to Enquiry button on the top right hand corner of program pages to include items in your enquiry. The number of items in your order will be displayed in the right-hand column under Current Order.
  5. Select the View Enquiry button to confirm details. Click on Finalise Enquiry.
  6. Fill in the form, providing contact details. The comments/special instructions field can be used to request additional information or provide us with extra details about your needs.
  7. Click Finalise. We’ll then contact you and arrange for preview tapes to be sent.

Our Prices

Film Australia Collection program sales charges different prices for programs according to:

  • how they are being used
  • format (eg DVD or CD-ROM)
  • program duration.
