Legal notices for Digital Learning Websites
Permitted educational use
In addition to any other uses permitted in relation to material on the Digital Learning websites (whether owned by the NFSA or not), you may download, display, print and reproduce the material in unaltered form only (retaining all associated acknowledgements) for non-commercial educational purposes.
What’s different about these sites?
This group of sites is a combination of websites developed by Screen Australia (and its predecessor Film Australia) and other websites owned by the NFSA. Unlike other NFSA managed websites, only some of these websites are owned by the NFSA. The others are owned by Screen Australia (or hosted on its behalf) and are managed under licence by the NFSA.
The copyright arrangements applying to these websites depend on whether they are owned by the NFSA or not.
Who owns/hosts the sites?
The Digital Learning Websites homepage shows which websites are owned by the NFSA and which are not. The websites it does not own are owned by Screen Australia.
Titles marked * in the table below are hosted by a Digital Learning partner and not by the NFSA. The rest are hosted by the NFSA.
Notices applying to the sites
Because these websites and their contents are not owned by the NFSA, the copyright arrangements applying to them differ from those for other NFSA websites. Links to the copyright statements for each website are provided in the table below.

The copyright statements for the above websites include privacy notices. These notices apply to information collected before 10 May 2010, when the NFSA began managing those sites. In relation to the websites hosted by the NFSA, the NFSA privacy notice applies to information collected since then.
